Hello nerds, geeks, and dorks. Elle here. I’m participating in Lucy’s Flash Fiction contest this week. The prompt was “I assumed I had been troubled, but I couldn’t remember who I was entirely.”
I woke up with no memory. It may seem over done, but I did. And I have no clue who I am, or you. All I know is that I’m here, in this cell, and they told me to record a message. I have no idea why. I mean, I assumed I had been troubled, but I couldn’t remember who I was entirely. I assume that I did something stupid and got arrested. But, in this village, that’s basically everything. Oh, yeah. I remember where I am. The Great City. Not actually a city, just a village where everyone has a curfew and has to be actually perfect. If you showed any hint at being different, they locked you up. I assume that’s what happened to me. I wish I knew what happened to me. Or what happens in Great City Jail. I could’ve sworn that I knew it, but, as I said earlier, I remember nothing. Maybe I. I don’t know. All I know is that I may not make it out of here alive. Riley, if you’re listening to this, remember, you are more powerful than you seem.
I hope you guys enjoy. Leave a comment bellow, I’d love to talk to you! Remember, look to the stars. Aim. Ignite!

This is such a great story. So much mystery here, I enjoyed reading it very much. Thank you for entering it in. 🙂
